How do I return an item?

With your baby’s hygiene in mind, Itzzy Bitzzy is unable to accept returns. Exchanges may be offered for damaged items ONLY.

Once order is placed refunds are not allowed due to all items are made to order. Refund will only be granted if we miss are stated deadline to get you your item. See shipping and processing policy. 

How do I exchange a damaged item?

If your item is damaged, we will happily provide a free exchange, just follow the steps below:

  1. Send us an email within 24 hours of receiving your item informing us what item has been damaged, therefore we can begin processing your exchange.
  2. Once you receive a response from us within 24-72 hours, ship back the damaged item to the return address.
  3. Once we receive the damaged item, we will ship out your item and send you a confirmation email.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be canceled up to 24 hours of placing order if item hasn’t been shipped. After 24 hours order will not be canceled/refunded due to item is already in the process of being made.

Can I change the sizes of my shoes?

Yes, orders sizes can be changed within 24 hours if item hasn’t been fulfilled.

*Items shipped back must in the condition they were received in, otherwise exchanges cannot be honored. We can only exchange items we receive that fit our terms.

 

Black Friday and Cyber Monday SALE

All product sold on Sale for Black Friday and Cyber Monday is final sale. No exchanges or refunds allowed of any sort on these sales days. If customer purchase items prior to Black Friday and Cyber Monday and there’s a price difference we do not price match or refund money of any sort. Orders must take place on these specific days in order to take advantage of any additional discounts.
