FAQ

How long before I receive my order?

Orders are shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse in the order in the in which they are received:) Orders require a 24 hour processing period to allow for customer changes then shipped according to the desired shipping speed selected at check out  

Please be advised orders placed during our Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other sales ship on a continuous basis in accordance as opposed to our traditional shipping time frame. Orders may experience longer than usual processing time. Please allow up to 6-8 weeks to receive your complete order. Sale purchases are final and may be exchanged or returned.


How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

You will receive an email confirmation stating your order has been ‘processed’. Once the order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Made to Order Products

Made to Order products can take up to 21 business days to ship. These items are made at the time of your purchase. If your order consists of other (in stock) items they maybe shipped separately.

I’m not receiving email.

Please check your junk and/or spam folder if your haven’t received emails. 

How can I cancel my order?

We honor all cancellation request received within 12 hours of purchasing. Please allow 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your refund to reflect on original method of payment.

ONLY REQUEST RECEIVED WITHIN 24HRS WITHIN ORDERING WILL BE HONORED.

What to do if I only part of my order?

Many of all orders may ship with partial items to avoid further delays to our customers. This is at no additional cost to you. Enclosed in your package is a card accompanying your thank you card indicating this. An email is also sent notifying you of which items have shipped. If you have not received noticed that your items were shipping separately and still missing an item please email us. 

What if I want to check the status of my order?

All orders can be checked under order status link. If order says processing that means it is still in the process of being made. Reminder shoes that are made to order will take additional time to ship. 

Can I make changes to my order?

Please notify us on any changes you’ll like to make immediately. Order that have been shipped or in cue to be shipped are unable to be modified.

What do I do if my package says delivered but i have received it?

We have found it common for USPS tracking to indicate delivery and delivery may occur the following day If package still missing please contacting your local USPS with tracking information.

We ask that you do please keep us updated after allowing USPS 48 hours (post the date they indicated for delivery).

How can I track my order?

All order can be tracked on the ORDER STATUS page. Order status page also provides tracking information if order has been shipped. ALL orders (including sale) will automatically receive a tracking number once their item(s) have shipped.

What happens if my item is shipped to the wrong address?

If the order is shipped to the incorrect address due to customer error. Customer is responsible for any additional fees that my occur to re-ship order. If error is on our end we will gladly replace items.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship Worldwide.
